Plain-language summary, not legal advice. These terms govern your use of Iron Marker. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Iron Marker ("Iron Marker," "we," "us") is operated by Phase Logic LLC. By accessing or using Iron Marker, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Iron Marker. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with the laws of your state and jurisdiction, including any laws governing sports wagering. Iron Marker is intended for users in the United States.
3. What Iron Marker is — and is not
Iron Marker is an informational and analytical tool. It compares publicly available sportsbook odds against a sharp reference line to surface positive expected value ("+EV") opportunities and suggested stake sizing.
Iron Marker is not a sportsbook. We do not accept, place, or broker wagers, and we never hold or handle gambling funds. We do not provide gambling, financial, investment, or legal advice. "+EV" is a long-run statistical concept — we do not guarantee any profit, winnings, or outcome, on any single bet or over any period. Odds and data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Every betting decision you make is your own.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.
5. Subscriptions, billing & cancellation
- Iron Marker is a subscription at $39/month, billed through our payment processor, Stripe.
- New subscribers get a 7-day free trial on their first subscription. Your card is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
- The subscription auto-renews monthly until cancelled.
- You can cancel anytime from inside the app or the Stripe customer portal; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Fees are non-refundable. The free trial is your opportunity to evaluate the service. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods.
- We may change pricing on reasonable notice; changes apply to subsequent billing periods.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to scrape, resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the service, share your account, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
7. Intellectual property
Iron Marker, its software, content, and branding are owned by Phase Logic LLC. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for your personal, non-commercial use while your subscription is active.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the data is correct or that use of the service will be profitable.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Phase Logic LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any gambling losses or lost profits, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Phase Logic LLC from any claims or liabilities arising out of your use of the service or your violation of these terms or any applicable law.
11. Affiliate program
Iron Marker runs an affiliate program through Rewardful. Affiliates participate under Rewardful's separate terms. If you arrive via an affiliate link, a tracking cookie may be set — see our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date; continued use after changes means you accept them.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Tennessee have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
