Privacy Policy
Plain-language summary, not legal advice. This explains what data Iron Marker (Phase Logic LLC) collects and how we use it.
1. Information we collect
- Account info — your email address and authentication data, managed through our auth provider, Supabase.
- Payment info — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Optional Telegram chat ID — only if you choose to enable Telegram alerts.
- Product usage — settings, tracked bets, and activity you create in the app.
- Device & log data — standard technical data (browser, IP, timestamps) for security and operation.
2. Cookies & tracking
- Google Analytics — to understand how the site and app are used.
- Cloudflare Turnstile — to protect signup and forms from bots and abuse.
- Rewardful — if you arrive via an affiliate link, a cookie records the referral so the affiliate can be credited.
3. Service providers
We share data only with the providers that run Iron Marker: Supabase (accounts/database), Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting, Turnstile, edge functions), Google Analytics (analytics), Rewardful (affiliate attribution), Resend (transactional email), and Telegram (only if you enable alerts). Each processes data on our behalf.
4. How we use your information
To provide, secure, and improve the service; to process billing; to send transactional emails and any alerts you enable; and to prevent fraud and abuse.
5. Data retention & security
We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it, though no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
6. Selling data
We do not sell your personal information (including under the California Consumer Privacy Act).
7. Your choices
You can request access to or deletion of your data, and you can cancel or close your account, by emailing [email protected]. You can disable analytics cookies via your browser settings.
8. Children
Iron Marker is not directed to anyone under 21 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
9. Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
